Soliguide

A path to solidarity

To address the issue of unmet needs and improve access to information, Solinum launched Soliguide in 2017, the first nationwide platform mapping community services and social support available across France.

How does it work?

Soliguide is a free and anonymous platform that helps people find the support they need, wherever they are. In just a few clicks, users can access reliable, up-to-date information on essential services and rights, including food assistance, accommodation, social support, hygiene and healthcare services, and employment support.

Soliguide also enables social workers and frontline organizations to guide people toward services that best match their needs, while helping providers manage demand and maintain service quality.

Designed as a one-stop guidance platform, Soliguide is intuitive, accessible, and easy to use.
To reach as many people as possible, Soliguide is available in multiple languages and formats, including a website, mobile app, API, embedded widget, printed guide, and messaging services.

Soliguide is already available across many regions of mainland France and the French overseas territories. Our ambition is to make it accessible throughout the country, ensuring that everyone can easily find the services and resources that support their social and professional inclusion.
To achieve this, Solinum develops local branches and works closely with regional partners to deploy and maintain Soliguide at the local level, ensuring that information remains accurate, relevant, and tailored to local needs.
