It’s finally official, the partnership with the UNCCAS has been signed (National Union of Communal Centers for Social Action)! Having already been part of the Soliguide steering committee for several months and following great successes at the local level (Strasbourg, Nice, Annecy, etc.), the UNCCAS is a partner of choice for Solinum.

Often located in town halls, these centers aim to ensure that everyone can benefit from the assistance they are entitled to and implement various local aid programs, such as municipal health insurance, the Student Minimum Income or the Guaranteed Municipal Minimum Income.
Its mission is twofold:

It highlights and promotes social action at the municipal and inter-municipal level by fostering the exchange of experience, the dissemination and capitalization of best practices, and thus being able to strengthen and legitimize the observation, intervention, and innovation capabilities of CCAS and CIAS. Its work takes place on a national as well as a European scale : dialogue with state representatives, members of parliament, government agencies, and partners to adapt existing systems and contribute to the national debate on social policy.
