Soliguide is a platform that lists services and locations helpful to people in precarious situations. Its mission is to make information accessible to all who need it through a centralized, comprehensive, and up-to-date database. Already available in 12 French departments, the goal is to cover the entire country to meet the growing demand for guidance. A study was deemed necessary to assess Soliguide's social impact and understand what needs to be amplified or set aside as the tool is rolled out. What are its objectives?•Better understand the needs of stakeholders (social solidarity actors, people in precarious situations) and how Soliguide can provide an appropriate solution;•Define areas for improvement;•Verify that Soliguide meets social needs;•Highlight the drivers and obstacles of the development model;•Understand the specific characteristics of different geographical areas.
