Between 2021 and 2022, Soliguide expanded into 15 new departments. These deployments were made possible thanks to the involvement of local stakeholders in these regions, and the government's support plan: France Relance.
Following an initial impact assessment of Soliguide in 2021, we wanted to continue this approach and go even further. From these results, we knew that Soliguide had a significant impact, but was it worth the cost?
To answer this, we enlisted the E&MISE Laboratory at ESSEC, which introduced the SROI (Social Return On Investment) methodology to measure Soliguide's social and economic value. This study serves a dual purpose: it updates and expands upon the data published in 2021, showing Soliguide's progress and areas for improvement. It also allows for a more precise identification of Soliguide's effects and an evaluation of the social value created through the SROI exercise.
